A Sure & Infaliable (sic) Remedy for curing

Horses when Sick with Bots or collic (sic)

Take 1 Tablespoonfull (sic) of Spts. Turpentine

“ “ “ “ “ Sulphur (sic) Powder

A small piece of Blue Stone the size of small marble

½ Pint of Whiskey, all mixed Together

Powder up the Blue Stone & Sulphur (sic) before

putting together, After mixing together

be sure to shake well & be sure that

you get the whole dose down the Horse.
