In this art project, students will use paper to make pinwheels that resemble the Poinsettia, a native flower of Mexico. This activity is recommended for grades 3 and up.

These pinwheel flower decorations were photographed at Ocotepec Cemetery, in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico, and inspired this activity.
