At the Caldwell Zoo in Tyler, Texas, we watch as a herd of white tailed deer go about their day. White tails are found throughout most of North America. They eat vegetation and love all types of corn. Males are known as bucks and females as doe. They can live in a variety of terrains and climates although they prefer forests.
